At EverBloom Holistic Nursing, we are committed to educating, mentoring, and supporting future Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs). Our PMHNP Preceptorship & Mentorship Program provides students and new graduates with opportunities to strengthen their clinical knowledge, develop practical skills, and gain real-world experience in outpatient psychiatric practice.
Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, participants gain exposure to comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Clinical practicum experiences may include exposure to:
Students are encouraged to actively participate in patient care discussions, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice while meeting their university requirements.
In addition to clinical preceptorship, mentorship services may be available for PMHNP students, new graduates, and early-career providers seeking guidance in areas such as:
Preceptorship opportunities may be available for PMHNP students enrolled in accredited nurse practitioner programs requiring supervised clinical hours.
Mentorship services may be appropriate for:
Clinical placements are limited and offered based on availability. Placement requirements, university affiliation agreements, scheduling availability, and program expectations must be met before acceptance.
Honorarium requirements may apply for student clinical placements.
